UTS Professor Ben Herbert explains how AdiCell stem cell therapy works.
Leah and AdiCell dog William talk to Dr Katrina Warren about AdiCell stem cell treatment for hip dysplasia.

AdiCell for arthritis

A new, safe treatment for canine osteoarthritis

AdiCell is a new way to treat osteoarthritis in dogs. An accredited veterinarian simply removes a small sample of fat from your dog’s abdomen, approximately 20 grams, or the size of a small test tube. From this sample we immediately select the healing, regenerating cells and purify them.

How AdiCell works

The preparation is promptly reinjected into your dog’s arthritic joint. With the healthy cells, your dog’s natural regeneration system goes to work to restore the joint.

AdiCell is a same day treatment. Your pet will be home quickly with minimal discomfort following the procedure.

One treatment only for your dog’s painful joint

Unlike drugs and dietary supplements for arthritis, with AdiCell your dog’s damaged joint is treated only once. AdiCell also means your pet relies less on drugs and chemicals ongoing to help reduce pain. After AdiCell, animals show remarkable improvement over the first 10 days, then gradually improve further for the next 4 to 12 weeks.

Improvements to a dog's health following AdiCell

  • Dramatically reduced pain and discomfort
  • Increased general movement and mobility
  • Improved general well being, including:
    • Coat condition
    • Temperament
    • Energy levels
    • Appetite
  • No longer dependent on drugs and supplements
